中国文化艺术发展促进会(简称“中国文促会”,英文名称 China for the of Arts and ,缩写为 )是1993 年经中华人民共和国文化部批准、中华人民共和国民政部注册成立、中央和国家机关工作委员会党建领导的国家级全国性社会组织。由文化艺术界权威人士、文化艺术名家、企事业单位、科研机构,文化产业突出贡献者、关心文化艺术事业的各界人士以及内设机构、分支机构和会员单位构成。会址设于中国北京,现任主席杨晓阳。

中国文促会在文化艺术方面对外代表中国,对内代表国家。以整合文化优质资源,推动艺术健康发展的“人才高地、创新前沿、产业基地、交流平台”为定位中国大众文化学会名人书画艺术发展委员会，积极搭建国家行业平台为宗旨,积极组织国内外交流活动,覆盖文化艺术各类专业,参与制定政策法规、行业规划、行业标准和技术规范,根据相关管理规定和授权开展资质认证、人才评价、等级评定,提供政策咨询,规范艺术市场,扩大对外交流等工作,是国家文化艺术类社团的权威机构。
